Operations/Data Management Associate
Diversified Financial Services and Asset Management firm seeks the ideal candidate to join our team as an Operations/Data Management Associate. This individual will take responsibility for the firm’s operational, administrative, and technical support tied to client, investment, and portfolio data.

Responsibilities include:
 Managing the daily operational aspects of custodial, reporting, portfolio management, and CRM platforms.
 Developing efficient solutions to improve and automate workflows, reporting, client experience related to portals and dashboards, and analytics.
 Overseeing administrative tasks related to reporting, reconciliation, and maintenance of client portfolios.
 Generating accurate billing statements, client reports, portfolio performance reports, etc.
 Maintaining, developing and implementing efficient operations processes and procedures.
 Developing a thorough knowledge of our clients, their portfolios and accounts.

Requirements:
 Three or more years of successful administrative, client service or services operations experience in a financial services related field.
 Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
 Team oriented creative thinker.
 Ability to work with minimal supervision; a self‐starter who takes appropriate initiative.
 Ability to identify, meet and follow through with internal and external client needs and requirements.
 Organized with a strong attention to detail and high ethical standards.
 Ability to think strategically to improve internal client service systems or develop procedures as needed.

Senior Portfolio Manager
Diversified Financial Services and Asset Management firm seeks the ideal candidate to join our team as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Experience managing and maintaining client relationships is required.

Responsibilities include:
 All aspects of client support including establishing and modifying portfolio strategy, client investment risk/asset allocation, and tax evaluation.
 Delivering integrated wealth management services with emphasis on investment management.
 Constructing and monitoring investment portfolios based on client needs, objectives, and risk tolerance.
 Reviewing client reports and assist with all planning and implementation for the client.
 Working closely with Advisors and other firm members to ensure investment management activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
 Maintaining regular client communication, prepare for and attend client meetings and deliver an elite level of client communication and service.
 Investment research, including equity research, fixed income research, and fund research.
 Presenting investment analysis results at weekly Investment Committee meetings.
 Assisting in development of Investment Policy Statements (IPS).
 Writing market commentary and/or other relevant articles for quarterly self‐published newsletter.
 Executing security trades for assets under management.

Requirements:
 7‐10 years experience in wealth strategy and investment management.
 Bachelor’s degree; CFA highly preferred; Series 65 license.
 Significant experience with investment management and diversified financial services.
 Strong client relationship and business development experience.
 Strong presentation and technology skills.
 Knowledge of trading and research systems required.

Associate Financial Advisor

Diversified Financial Services and Asset Management firm seeks the ideal candidate to join our team as an Associate Financial Advisor. This individual will support the firm’s senior advisors by assuming responsibility for existing client relationships and assisting with new client relationships.

Responsibilities include:
 Participating in all client meetings, including portfolio review, financial plan review, and all other tasks associated with managing client relationships.
 Working closely with clients to ensure delivery of comprehensive solutions to their individual financial needs.
 Developing Investment Policy Statements and implementing investment portfolios based on the firm’s investment protocols and the specific goals and objectives of individual clients.
 Performing research regarding complex client issues.
 Fulfilling client requests and account service inquiries.
 Assisting with the data collection process for new clients.
 Generating reports and other required documents for both clients and other team members.

Requirements:
 3+ years experience in client facing role in the wealth management field.
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
 Strong client relationship experience.
 Strong communication skills.
 Organized and detail‐oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
