About the role:
The job of the Client Services group is to provide our clients with groundbreaking customized Advisory that is tailored to our client’s specific needs, all while ensuring a seamless and best-in-class experience in working with us. In an industry that lacks both individual guidance and support, our teams are here to provide a personalized approach to Wealth Management and Financial Advisory
The Client Support Specialist will be an integral part of our Client Services group, shaping the future of how clients interact with our business by utilizing modern technology and elevated standards of care. They will partner with our Wealth Advisors to develop and grow our business, being the expert in the room around the capabilities of the firm and gladly interacting with clients to enable operational needs or be a resource of information. Problem-solving skills and thinking outside the box will be key in providing a standard level of elevated service to our clients and the right person for this job will have the drive to learn all current capabilities, policies, and procedures internally while also providing key insights to where the function should evolve in the future to stay on the cutting edge of the client experience journey. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our Wealth Advisors with seamless, accurate, and efficient execution of client service processes through attention to detail and top-notch communication
- Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships through active communication, processing client requests, resolving inquiries, providing guidance, and making sure key information and documentation remain current
- Work closely with the team to help open accounts, transfer accounts, gather additional information from clients when needed, and ensure that service requests sent to 3rd party partners are completed in a timely manner
- Partner with Wealth Advisor in developing a business plan and delivering against a client service model while collaborating with the team to come up with ideas for increased efficiency and streamlining of processes
- Perform administrative duties that support Wealth Advisors in daily business practices, including but not limited to, telephone coverage, coordination of client meetings, and file maintenance
- Be able to attend meetings and events that might fall on nights and weekends to match physician availability
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Financial Certifications or a willingness to get them
- An incredible relationship builder who is purpose-driven and highly empathetic
- Utilizes being a space expert as a superpower, knowing all the latest trends in Wealth Management and Financial planning as well as the needs of the profiles of our clients
- Driven by a growth mindset but with a laser focus on how to best serve our clients, not what yields the highest advisory fee
- Must thrive in a collaborative 0-1 environment, utilizing expert knowledge in the space to elevate every function and colleague
