Description
The Relationship Manager plays an integral role in the firm and is vital to the success of our organization. In this role, you will support advisors and work with team members to deliver an exceptional experience to each client. The RM will focus on client services with specific
attention in the areas of client onboarding, new account establishment, ongoing relationship management, scheduling, problem resolution, and process improvement.

Responsibilities & Activities
 Optimize the client experience and develope long term relationships with clients
 Communicate with clients as needed in person, in writing, and over the telephone
 Schedule client meetings and maintain advisor calendars
 Answer client questions and service client accounts
 Prepare, process, and track client paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
 Research and resolve complex client account-related problems
 Data entry/management, scanning and maintaining physical and electronic client files.
 Maintain client records and document account activities in CRM system
 Strive for mastery over all the duties and responsibilities of the role, including technology and various tools.
 Participate in team meetings and collaborate with operations leadership team on projects and/or initiatives designed to streamline firm policies and procedures
 Help coordinate all elements of each event including selecting locations, food and beverage service, audio/visual needs, registration/RSVP process, invitation design, nametag creation, and other event details
 Stay current on compliance requirements
 Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Requires:
 At least 2 years customer service experience
 Financial service industry experience preferred
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Excellent organizational and time management skills
 Exceptional attential to detail and an ability to solve problems
 Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation

 Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate within tight deadlines
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
 A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
 Attendance is an essential function.
 Salary is commensurate with experience.
