Private Asset Management, Inc. (San Diego, CA) Seeking Client Services Specialist

Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing Independent Investment Advisory Firm located in the Sorrento Valley area of San Diego. We have a solid 25+ year track record providing investment advisory, trust, bill pay, and tax accounting services. We are seeking an experienced professional to work in our Operations Department handling client service for our Firm.

Candidates seeking consideration for the position should have at least 2-5 years experience with an Independent RIA and Charles Schwab as a Custodian, and have worked on the Envestnet Tamarac Platform for advisors or Practifi (Salesforce) CRM. Knowledge of trusts and estate planning documents is beneficial. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs (especially Word & Excel) is critical.

This position requires a self-starter, expertise in client service, excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Among other things, position responsibilities will include integration with our existing Client Services/Ops team members, all areas of client support & brokerage service team communication, brokerage form preparation & processing. Position includes constant front facing contact & interfacing with both clients and brokerage services support team. This role is primarily in-person.
