• Lead on-going innovation and implementation for RFG’s technology stack including the development of new solutions and services

• Collaborate closely with Business Development team to demo the tech stack to potential Advisor recruits

• Oversee technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals

• Manage Technology Relationship Managers, in-house IT Support Desk and IT infrastructure

• Oversee technology budget, vendor negotiations and hardware financing

• Find and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage

• Support cross-functional teams, clients and their staff in their usage of technology

• Monitor system infrastructure and cybersecurity to ensure functionality and efficiency

• Collect feedback from stakeholders to make necessary improvements and adjustments to technology; develop KPIs to assess technological performance

• Discuss technology strategy with partners and investors

• Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruption in the event of emergency situations or data loss

• Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers
