Solis Wealth Management (La Quinta, CA) Seeking Operations Assistant

Solis Wealth Management, an independent advisory firm, is excited to hire an operations assistant to support and enhance our dynamic growth. This candidate will bring a meaningful track record of in-depth knowledge, enthusiasm for a high touch client experience combined with a passionate belief in the tenets of financial planning. The Role:
You will work closely with our existing operations and administrative team members to provide top notch service to our wonderful clients. This means processing requests and paperwork for clients, working on various office projects and administrative duties, and delivering concierge-like service to our top clients.

Your Experience:
· B.A. recommended
· At least 3 years of hands-on industry experience
· If fully licensed (series 7, 66 and CA Life & Health), a clean U4. If not licensed, obtain licenses within 90 days.
· Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge a must

· Very team-oriented
· Strong, adaptive technology abilities
