Stone Wealth Management (Austin, TX) Seeking Client Service Associate

The Client Service Associate will be responsible for all front office client interactions as well as back-office duties and will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Skills Required/Preferred:
 Microsoft Office (Inc. Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365, SharePoint, One Drive)
 Familiarity with Client Relationship Management software
 Adobe Acrobat
 Financial Institution Industry Knowledge (preferred)
 Customer/Client Service Experience (required)

Duties:
 Answering Phones
 Prepare and process account forms, execute asset transfers, and assist clients in completing firm and custodian paperwork
 Manage client information – prepare client reports, submit and follow up on necessary paperwork, and regularly update CRM database
 Assist in developing systems and procedures to improve the Client Service Department
 Assist with administrative duties, including, scanning, copying, printing and saving reports
 Creating and fulfilling office supply orders
 Other duties as requested

Physical Skills Needed:
 Picking up and carrying file boxes, equipment etc.
 Bending and stooping
 Driving
 Working inside on a computer for extended periods of time

Other Requirements:
Reliable personal transportation required for out of office errands. Due to the sensitive nature of the job duties, criminal and other background checks and credit reports will be run on all candidates under consideration.
