Due to Wealthspire’s exceptional growth, combined with future acquisition prospects, we are hiring a new role to have responsibility for the development and on-going support of custom applications and objects within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This position will report to and be a key partner of the SVP, Technology and Best Practices and serve as a subject matter expert within all aspects of CRM software, blending technical knowledge and execution with staff training and change management.

Responsibilities
 Working with the SVP Technology, review current CRM configuration and customizations and identify, prioritize, and implement enhancements including converting existing dialogs into other processes as part of Microsoft deprecating dialog functionality
 Creation, communication, and enforcement of CRM processes and best practices, executing effective change management
 Collaborate with all teams across the firm to understand existing business processes and help design enhancements to drive greater efficiency and utilization
 Serve as subject matter expert in due diligence efforts with acquisition targets to identify potential integration issues and opportunities
 Hands-on integration leader for CRM
 Provide ongoing training for existing staff and onboarding training for new hires and acquisitions as primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries
 Managing and implementing CRM integration with other advisory technology platforms such as portfolio management, trading, financial planning, and internal reporting as well as some administrative responsibilities across those platforms.

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 7 years’ experience (preferably in financial services industry) developing Dynamics CRM custom workflows, plug-in creation, and creation of custom integration solutions with third-party vendors
 Thorough understanding of MS Dynamics CRM architecture and experience in XRM applications
 Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, designing, and development of enhancements and customizations within Dynamics CRM environment
 Strong ability to interface with non-technical resources internally and with acquisition prospects
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Preference for candidates with experience in Power Automate, Power BI, and/or Sharepoint
