Woodward Financial Advisors is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing independent Wealth Management firm located in Chapel Hill, NC. Come be a part of our team of hard‐working, dedicated and fun-loving individuals!

The Client Service Associate is an integral part of the Operations department that will make immediate meaningful impact. With utmost professionalism, you’ll provide a high level of administrative and operational support to clients and colleagues, helping our firm run more smoothly and be a place people enjoy.

What you’ll get to do immediately:

• Be a first point of contact by answering phone calls
• Greet all clients and visitors
• Manage efficient [virtual and on-site] meeting scheduling for new and existing clients
• Assist clients with accessing their online portals for viewing their account information
• Prepare the conference room before each client meeting
• Maintain our client relationship management (CRM) database so it is accurate and up-to-date
• Scan/upload client files and documents to our cloud-based storage platform
• Process physical mail daily
• Distribute firmwide communications through CRM and ConstantContact
• Participate in weekly all staff team meetings as well as all staff strategy meetings throughout the year
• Become the main point of contact with firm vendors while proactively maintaining and ordering office supplies
• Coordinate and execute client and other events
• Learn from and collaborate with the Client Experience Specialists (fellow colleagues making up the Operations department)
• Take the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional program, beginning within six months of hire
