Shaun Kapusinski presented at the 2023 NAPFA Spring Conference on a “Technology Framework for Success.” He addressed the thought that building a technology stack should be easier than ever with so many options to choose from. Yet we find ourselves lost in poor adoption and even worse data. This session explored the hidden costs of a tech build and how so many firms could benefit from a simple framework.
